Work With Game of Crohn’s
Real patient. Real platform. No hype.
Who I Am
I’m Jake Klein — Crohn’s patient since age 12, founder of Game of Crohn’s. Five major surgeries. I’ve personally been on Tremfya, Skyrizi and Remicade. I write what it’s actually like: the flares, the infusion chairs, the 3 a.m. bathroom runs, the comebacks. My readers are Crohn’s and IBD patients who trust me because I have never once sold them a miracle.

What I Offer Brands

- Sponsored articles and unbranded disease-awareness partnerships (FDA-compliant: no drug benefit claims, ever)
- Interview features and social storytelling (Reels / TikTok / Shorts clips)
- Speaking and patient advisory panels
My Policy — the part readers trust
- Every free product, payment, and affiliate commission is disclosed at the top of the article, in plain words
- I never promise a positive review. I promise a fair one, published either way
- I never make medical claims the evidence doesn’t support
- Nobody previews or approves a review before it publishes
